How We Use Information

Promotional and Sales Website

The information you provide when requesting product information, placing an order, or other actions on our promotional website is used only to complete that request or order and any subsequent orders, if applicable.

We may use your information to keep you informed about new product offerings or related marketing material unless requested not to.

We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to track general usage statistics and better design our website.

Finally, we will NOT sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with a third party except to the extent necessary to complete the operations previously described.

Secure Message Pickup Website

When you first come to the secure message pickup website, you may be asked for your name and/or information to prove who you are (the secret question or access code). This information is used only to identify you from other users of the system and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

The content of secure messages that you send or receive will remain encrypted on our secure server when not in use. A secure message will be decrypted only when an authorized user opens the message. At no time will we decrypt the contents of your messages in any other case unless required by law in response to a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction or authorized government agency.

We will NOT sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with a third party except to the extent necessary to complete the operations previously described.

SafeLive Secure E-mail Client Software

When you first configure your SafeLive Secure E-mail account, you may be asked to provide your e-mail address, a one-time enrollment code, and your fingerprint biometric data. This information is used only to identify you from other users of the system. At no time will we use your fingerprint for any purpose other than identifying you when using the SafeLive system.

The contents of secure messages that you send or receive will not be stored on our secure server unless it has “message pickup” recipients or has one or more “large attachments.” A message pickup user is a user that sends and receives secure message via the secure message pickup website. A secure message with “large attachments” is a message that utilizes the large attachment feature by storing the encrypted attachments on the secure server to be later downloaded by the recipient(s) of the message.

If the message is stored on the secure server, it will remain encrypted on our secure server when not in use. It will only be decrypted when an authorized user opens the message. At no time will we decrypt the contents of your messages in any other case unless required by law in response to a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction or authorized government agency.
