Making E-mail More Useful
Wednesday, May 28, 2008
E-mail is great. I use it all the time. But let's say I need to send someone some confidential information. In my work, this is usually new username/passwords or software design documents. I don't want this information being tapped into by anyone else.
For those confidential e-mails, I encrypt the messages using SendItSecure. It's easy: I just hit 'New Secure Message' in Outlook (added by the SendItSecure Software), compose it, hit send, and then swipe my finger.
This simple step will ensure that the information in that e-mail will remain completely private.
Now that I can send and receive any type of information (even confidential info), e-mail is just a little more useful.
